Hello.
I've been working on setting up my stream lately, But a problem i'm running into alot is that the video is buffering constantly even though i'm not dropping frames (atleast according to OBS) and not dropping frames according to the in-game fps counter
I Currently stream World of Warcraft. I've tried running it at 720p @ 60fps, 1080p@60 fps and 1080p @ 30 fps. I have no problems loading other streams on Twitch.
My specs are as follows:
CPU: I5 4670k @ 3.5 GHZ (Non-clocked)
GPU: Asus GTX 770
RAM: 16GB ddr3 @ 1600mhz (Dual slot)
My upload is around 12 mbps and my download is above 100 mbps (if it even matters).
Any suggestions as to what might be the problem, and if so, how to fix it?
