I have buffering issues lately. My stream buffers every 20 secs most of the time especially on High or Source Mode. I had no problems before even on the highest quality. My connection is 60 Mbps d/ 10Mbps up. After midnight 80Mpbs download. I am from Bulgaria and I have no torrents or other streams/ downloads running. An year ago everything was smoothless even in the highest quality. This is my Tracert:
