Hey guys, same issue. I've tried opening twitch on Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome. I zoomed in and out in case that would work for me but this admin panel never, I repeat, NEVER shows up. I hover over the video player, at the edge of the top center of my screen on the browser but NO panel pops up.
