Over the past week or so, any VoDs played during prime time hours (something like 3pm est to 2am est) seem to never be able to buffer, and often fail completely (the player stops and shows related videos).

You can see that the non-cached video chunks don't seem to complete (they should be downloading 1.5mb), and then the player just stops trying. This is the video in that picture:
