well I found a way to fix it for me. Hope it works for you guys. Log out of the twitch app. Uninstall it. Shut down the xbox one. Once completely shut down, turn it back on after a few seconds. Reinstall twitch. login/reconnect. Hopefully if you're as lucky as I was then this will work.
