Getting real fed up by this now been going on since twitch started more or less:

Seriously this is twitch's problem ive been working on
this for very long time now. I got two pc setup with more than enough
power to stream.. just my stream computer with only xsplit goes on a
hexa core with HT, intel 3.33ghz oc 4.2 with 12gb ram, 80/10 mbit
connection, game computer even more powerfull.. They say change server
ive got this JTVPING program witch auto update all twitch servers too se
which suits or got least latency in ur region. even tho.. with
different settings going down on the ress and fps and vbv max bitrate /
vbv buffer no use at all still stutter. seemse like its twich server
problems when they get load they just dont have the bandwith to give
fluid streams to everyone .. they will prior the ones with streaming
contracts., not fair at all since ive done everything i can to get fluid
stream even bought powerfull cpu to make better compression on the
video for less bandwith .. but no results..
can allso mention ive tried several different codes / flash player
versions etc. nothing helps also contacted my isp its all good. dont
have any problem other places with latency.
Ive read a post about increasing server capasity in us nad eu but its 2 months old. any news ? !

im placed in norway using amsterdam server and german
seemse its vary alt as mention before in earlier post at prime time there is alot of lagg / latency,, at night / early morning no problem at all
tried uk and uk secondary aswell but they are really bad comapred to nl/ggerman servers
Still same problem one year after...the hell guys put more servers in the eu or upgrade that shitt. this is crap
