Stream won't load, stuck on "Loading video..."

I'm with Bell Canada. Sometimes no pages on Twitch will load, and they appear to be blank. Sometimes no thumbnails or images will load on any Twitch page. Sometimes no streams or chats will load at all, with the infinite spinning circle.
