Unreasonably long ad lengths

I received a very long ad. This kind of nonsense shouldn't exist, unless the advertisers are paying exponentially high prices by the minute to have these ads broadcast on your site. It's not only very disruptive to the viewers, but also a disregard for the average partnered streamers' general policy to not have ads playing during gameplay, as well as a blatant disregard for what I thought was a maximum limit of a 3 minute ad break every X number of minutes. It was an approximately 25 minute ad titled "Official FIAT 500X Reveal | LA Auto Show | Olivier Francois", and I am in the central California area of the US. It would be very much appreciated if some type of automatic shut-off occurred at what was designated to be the end of the ad break that cuts off any presently playing advertisements and returns the stream player to the state (playing/paused, muted/unmuted, volume slider position) before the ad break. I believe that would serve to 1) improve viewer experience for those who support your site by not using ad blocking utilities, 2) force ad sessions to comply to the limits permitted by Twitch and selected by the streamer, and 3) keep ad producers/distributors (I don't know the behind-the-scenes details) in check with regards to reasonable ad format.
