"Submit" and "Remove" buttons hidden on panels. Can't add, edit, or remove panels because of this.

The "Submit" and "Remove" buttons are not being displayed on my panels. They are getting pushed out of view (because you only have a set amount of space to view the panel). I believe it is a formatting bug. This is what I see: imgur . com/g9ATwxC Look at the "Panel Title", "Add Image", and "Image links to" subtitles, they are getting pushed down before they need to and are causing formatting bugs and it is pushing the "Submit" and "Remove" buttons out of view. These are the steps I have taken to try and fix the problem: 1) Uninstall BTTV 2) Clear cache and cookies 3) Reinstall Google chrome Nothing has worked which is what makes me think that this is a formatting bug that cannot be fixed by me.
