I use my phone tethered for my home internet, because I have unlimited data and an LTE tower next to my apartment. I noticed today that every stream I view is stuck on mobile quality, even on partnered streams, with no quality button. I normally watch everything in source without a problem, so this is inexcusable. Why was this change even made?
