So I filled out the 'Justin.tv to Twitch Move Request' form by typing in my Twitch account (Channel) name about 10 days ago.
Still hasn't moved me from Jtv to Twitch (I know this when I login to Twitch and try to view my profile, but it redirects me to justin.tv with the 'Goodbye from Justin.tv' and still asks that I fill out the move request form.
My Channel name is: CzarDbreaker
Could a Twitch staff please move my account from Justin TV to Twitch for me before the deadline?
I'm just getting a little worried that the form hasn't worked and the September 5th deadline is fast approaching.
