All I know, I live in upstate New York. I have TWC 20mbps down 5mbps up. As of recently... I can't watch any streams on any higher quality than low or mobile. I can still watch HD videos on youtube... On twitch I can't watch any streams without lag. Used to be able to watch on source no problem. I don't know what is causing this. It could be TWC, The Lizard Squad, or just pure lag. I'm not sure.... If anyone has an explanation or can expand on my problem or share your own.... that would be nice. Because this is just annoying. I've done all I could.
