So I've had one of my viewers essentially stalk me, he's impersonated 2 people that I play with on a regular basis already, and been really creepy. (Essentially talking about wanting to rape me.) He supposedly lives close too. Can I report him even though he's done this outside of twitch? And is there a way to COMPLETELY block him from my channel, since I'm pretty sure he's been watching my archives to find people to impersonate?
