I decided to make another post ontop of everybody elses about the whole "buffering" issue. This has been going on, for me atleast, for over 6 months. I cannot watch any streams without certain help. It is absolutely annoying to have to do that. I have a 50/5 internet connection there is no reason for any buffering at all, especially on low or mobile settings. To keep this short and relatively clean this is absolute BS. I have tried contacting twitch help on twitter, Yeah..I've been waiting 6+ months for a reply.
This has got to be the absolute worst customer support I have ever encountered. At least with other bad CS I have encountered they at least have the guts to tell me they are working on the issue instead of ignoring me. I would think that with the money that twitch is raking in they should be able to hire more CS agents or have better servers or something to help the issue that myself and others are having. In fact, I am going to go unsub right now from who I am currently subbed to because I refuse to give twitch anymore money that they apparently don't use properly. If I decide to give anymore money to the person I am subbed to it will be direct donation and I will make damn sure that twitch doesn't see a dime of it.
So congratulations twitch, here is your "horrible CS of the century" award. I can't wait for the day that another streaming service becomes popular and twitch goes bankrupt.
