Nobody is able to follow me.
And my following count randomly gains + 200 followers (not bots , nobody new shows up on profile.
It is rather frustrating, and anybody that unfollowed me to try to refollow COULD NOT. New people also mentioned not being able to of course, on both PC and Mobile.
