I tried broadcasting a game through my XB1 and I've received a notice saying my account has been restricted from broadcasting due to bad behavior, which is odd because I just created this account a few days ago and my TWO broadcasts were pretty low with Kinect and microphone inactive. Also, my reputation with Xbox altogether is good.
I've also received this error code and attempted to find out what it is through Xbox, but Xbox has no record of this code, apparently.
