This does not happen all 24h of the day, but most of the day I can't access the website (twitch,tv). It takes about 1m trying to access the page (tried this on both chrome and mozilla) and then just it quits trying (http://i.imgur.com/5GOD21P.png).
As I said this doesn't happen all the time, this (http://i.imgur.com/QNiNAaM.jpg) is after hours of trying to enter the page refreshing every 5 minutes.
I don't live in the US so I'm wondering if this is some connecting issue related to where I live?
