I used to watch Twitch.Tv with 720+ quality with no problem
but lately (approximately 10 days ago) it started to slutter all the time
Even with 320 ! (rarely it gets better with 320, but for 420 or more, still pauses every 5-10 seconds!) IT's REALLY IRRITATING!

My laptop is good, (new i7)
didn't install any program recently
tried different browsers, same thing happened (currently using chrome)
tried to restart my modem, reset my modem still the same
I can watch youtube with 1080 without any problem, and downloads the video so quick!
