I already posted something in an existing similar thread, but i'd figured I should make an own topic.
My issue is that whenever I try to upload a custom made background, the picture is not showing up.
It doesn't even display a thumbnail picture at the image upload page.
The formats I tried to upload were .gif, .png and .jpg. Also, the width and height were : 1920 x 1080, of whom the size varied from 0.5 mb and below for gif and jpg to 1.5 mb for the png, all together not higher than 3 mb like twitch implies.
I am not able to even upload the background picture, but I am able to upload a header picture.
When I upload that, I also see a small thumbnail which indicates that the file is received in my opinion.
But when I go to my channel, I can't see the header anyway. Where is the header located ?.
I thought on top of the screen on your channel, below the channel title ?
I hope you can help me out a little,
