I haven't been able to enjoy my favorite streamers for the past few weeks because of all the constant buffer I get. I have to watch streams on Mobile 90% of the time. I tried everything to fix this: disabling Adblock + BetterTTV and that didn't fix it, system restore, setting my Adobe flash player storage to whatever people said, etc. All these things never fixed it. I've heard rumors of the Avast extension slowing down Twitch but I don't have avast, I use Google Chrome and live in the US. I started thinking my ISP was maybe throttling me but I ran a test for traffic shaping and it came back negative. I seem to not be the only one affected by this buffer so that makes me think it's on Twitch's side, so I'm wondering when they're going to fix this.
