I have always used Google Chrome and have watched Twitch streams for a long time. I recently used Internet Explorer 11 and tried using Twitch, and I noticed that, while in IE, my CPU usage is much lower compared to Google Chrome. In IE, my total CPU usage usually doesn't exceed 10%, while in Chrome, it is usually around 20-30%. I have read other posts regarding this, and I have disabled the built in Flash Player for Chrome and used the stand alone version. I also have the latest of Flash Player installed (14.0.0.125). I have also tried disabling hardware acceleration, and the results remain the same. Is this a common issue for others, and is there a solution to this? I just recently purchased a new laptop, and the problem is the same as my old laptop. My current CPU is an i7-4810MQ. Any help would be appreciated.
