I apologize if I posted this in the wrong section but seeing others post about the same issue here I can only assume.
A month or two ago, maybe longer at this point, I have been unable to watch 720p or higher streams. Sometimes I have to go 360p just to watch anything and it's really starting to irk me. That said, I have 50/5 connection with Insightbb (Now owned by Time Warner). I used to be able to watch 1080 streams without a hitch but pretty much at the turn of the new year it's been utter crap. I've used the IP blocking trick floating around on the net and it seemed to have worked on Youtube, at least 720p videos are watchable, 1080p is still a hit or miss.
I'll add a tracert shortly but I was getting "Invalid Characters found"
