When trying to stream DR3 through XB1, that's what I get..... Couldn't stream for days right before AND after the Ultra hype remix ect DLC. Actually worked lastnight, but not today. I'm guessing that just like before I am not the only one, since there are literally like 4 ppl streaming this game @ the moment. And before, it was only ppl using a cap card on PC that were able to stream. I did actually see @ least one player streaming that was going straight through the Xbox so, Im not sure what is up this time around.....
And I have tried everything that is listed in the help section, the ONLY thing I havent tried yet, is resetting my stream key. But before I do that, I was hoping the error code may lend a clue as to what the problem actually is. Strangely enough, I couldn't find a THING online about it.... I mean not even somewhat relevant pages. :/
