I am on wired internet my upload speed is at 0.98 mb/s and download speed is at 22.12 mb/s. (http://www.speedtest.net/result/2586535660.png)
I've tried unlinking my twitch account from blackops and revoked it from my twitch account and linked both back and it still buffers every 3 seconds. Any suggestions?
