There seems to be a problem with my stream or at least the servers my stream is being sent to.
My internet connection is this http://www.speedtest.net/result/3522017439.png , this is a test to the same city as where the twitch servers are located.
So the problem is not from my end.
The setup i am using is a dedicated streaming pc setup with the streaming pc being the following http://www.3dmark.com/3dm11/8361144 .
There are no firewall problems or any port forwarding problems, if there were any of these issues it would have been even impossible to make a connection in the first place.
The problem is though that with these settings i should be able to stream in 1080p without any issues at all and even 720p at 60fps.
However when i set the bitrate to 4000 ( which is nothing compared to the upload i have to Amsterdam ) i keep getting a yellow result.
Also when i decide to stream anyway ( because yellow is not that bad ) the stream keeps buffering, this is not a pc issue either since this also happens on a tablet any the gaming pc.
Is there a way to do a good and effective speedtest to the twitch servers without using a 3rd party tool to rule out the issue of the 3rd party tool being the problem ?
So is there anything i can do from my end to fix this problem or is this problem ( like i suspect ) a problem with the twitch servers being overloaded and favoring their partners and srewing over starting streams ?
Because if so, does twitch plan to give any sort of warning to people that want to start a stream that its impossible for them to stream with the current state on the servers that twitch is using ?
