For months on end many users have been having issue's with buffering constantly and Twitch refuses to fix the problem or even reply to the threads asking for help. The VoD that twitch provides is everyone's worst nightmare to the point that if any video is posted on r/leagueoflegends/ majority of people wont watch it until there's a YouTube link. Twitch went ahead and added a delay that streamers cannot remove which almost completely ruins the ability to communicate with viewers.
I remember when twitch worked. Why the did you change it? And why do you give nobody any answers when SO many of your EU users are having issues.
TL:DR Twitch is a nightmare to use, I've never seen anyone working at twitch talk to the community about the issues either.
