Since like 2 weeks~ ago, my bitrate (kbps) is just not the same.
I have 35 mb download / 3 mb upload, and used to stream in 720p. The problem is not in my connection, since all the rest is normally working (games, downloads, uploads)
I used to stream with 1500 bit rate, but now, when i turn my stream ON, the bit rate starts at the 1500~ average (green square beside it), and after 2 seconds, it drops to 300kbps (red square beside it), and keeps it in 300 during the entire stream.
I can't stream anymore because of this, I've tried to change the server but it didn't work out.
I use OBS to stream.
