The highlight link when clicking the cogwheel is completely gone. Highlighting is only possible on my own channel, and if I am an editor of the channel. The only way to highlight is through the dashboard I've found. Nothing else.
Highlighting used to be possible for anyone, whether you're a registered user, editor or owner. Anyone could normally do it. Now it seems limited to editors and owners of the channel who can highlight.
