Recently, whenever I load up VODs of any broadcaster, my network utilization spikes from ~0% to ~20% (found on task manager-->networking). The complications of this is that my internet pretty much dies in my entire household. I'm wondering if twitch has done anything on their side to cause this? I've been watching streams since justin.tv days, and this has never happened.
