im a lilltle bit pissed since a few days. Every evening i got home from work i wish to look some twitch.tv (LoL Streamers) but i cant enjoy it. The Reason is simple:
My ISP is the German Telekom - 16Mbit down / 1 Mbit up
It Stutters and Lags all the Time - even if i try to watch in 240p - this Issue is most likly between 20:00 - 23:00 CET. I would call it Primetime for Europeans... pls tell me how to fix this Issues. My ISP isnt blocking anything and my connections works fine with all other Programms.
I used Chrome/Opera/IE/Firefox all with the newest Flash Player etc. all Drivers are up2date....
p.s. with my android cellphone with twitch app its working like a charm other wi-fi .... another reason why im pissed as fucked
