Unable to stay connected to Twitch.Tv for live streaming.

Unable to stay connected to Twitch.Tv for live streaming. I use to live stream Diablo 3 with Twitch.TV a while back so I’m very familiar with the steps and software needed to run a live stream. I started live streaming again with a different Twitch account on March 30, 2014. Up until April 11th I was able to stream with very few if any disconnects. On April 11th I logged in to start streaming as I normally do and noticed that I kept getting disconnected randomly anywhere from 5min to 30min max. I thought it was just a overload with Twitch.Tv so I decided not to continue trying to stream for the day. On April 12th the problem continued. At this point I tried to trouble shoot the problem with the following methods: 1. I tried changing my default Twitch.Tv (closest location server US Central: Dallas, TX) to another server (tried US Midwest: Chicago, IL and US East: Miami, FL). (This did not correct the problem.) 2. Checked all my OBS settings (I’m using the recommended OBS settings from the Twitch.TV site) to make sure nothing had changed. (No changes were made.) 3. I tried changing the OBS source from Monitor to Window and Game Capture. (All 3 source captures produce the same results.) 4. Checked pc for any system updates. (No updates had been installed so no changes were made to my system.) 5. Checked pc for viruses. (No viruses were found.) 6. Next I tried using a different live stream software to see if the problem was related to OBS. I tried Xsplit Gamecaster v 1.6.1404.0218. (The problem still persisted so the stream software was not the problem.) 7. I even called my ISP to upgrade my internet bandwidth from 20mb down 2mb up to 30mb down 5mb up. (The increase in my isp bandwidth did not resolve the problem.) System Info: OS: Windows 8.1 Stream Software: My default live stream software is OBS v0.613b – 32bit (did not see a 64bit option to install when installing and no 64bit version is in the install folder). Tried using Xsplit Gamecaster v 1.6.1404.0218 to see if it was a problem with OBS. Internet Speed: I had a 20mb download and 2mb upload and now I’m on a 30mb download and 5mb upload. Any help with resolving this issue is greatly appreciated. Thank you
